We closed on our…
We closed on our home with Rich this April. Last year, we looked at several houses together. Rich always accompanied us on tours even though we had given him very little notice. When we found the perfect house, there were many applicants. But, he's extremely knowledgeable and he made it happen with his strategies! After that, we faced the seller's issue for almost 8 months, but during that time, he was patient and responsive throughout the whole process. Rich was always with us for home inspections, walking through the house, and closing on the house. He was incredible to work with and I will recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent. I have already recommended Rich to my friends.
