Rich has many years experience with real estate and it shows. He was very knowledgeable about the area and surrounding areas where we attended open houses. He was honest with his impression of the homes. We looked at many houses and he wouldn't give up on me finding the perfect one. I bought the house I always wanted in the area I always wanted to live. He guided me through the entire process from placing the offer to signing the final papers. I knew I could go to him with any questions and he was always available. Rich Carlo did a fabulous job for me in selling my home and finding a new one. He was efficient, detail oriented and a lot of fun to work with. Moving is a stressful time but Rich took care of all the details leaving me the time to explore different condo complexes and amenities. He enthusiastically took me to every property I was interested in and spent the time to help me evaluate each one to make an informed decision. Even my lawyer was impressed with Rich.
